Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.

The Opportunity

As part of the TMT Commercial Strategy Analytics team, you lead commercial strategy and analytics engagements, building and managing executive-level relationships with private equity and corporate clients. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You mentor and develop future leaders in commercial analytics, translating findings into commercial recommendations for C-suite clients, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive client impact.

The salary range for this position is : $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
