job_description.job_card.job_description5+ years of UX / UI experience, including hands-on front-end implementation with modern HTML and CSS. Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and a mindset for continuous testing and optimization. Curiosity and creativity - always exploring new approaches that can push the user experience and business results forward. Proficiency with modern UX and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Webflow) and / or AI-assisted design / coding environments (e.g., agent-based IDEs like Cursor). We are open to new tools and approaches - the focus is on efficiency, creativity, and the ability to translate ideas into testable experiences. Ability to write and optimize microcopy, with support from compliance as needed. Comfortable partnering with IT to ensure UX updates align with infrastructure and performance requirements. Strong communicator who can clearly present ideas, concepts, and test results to executives and business stakeholders. Experience with high-volume form flows, lead generation, or finance is a plus. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a nice-to-have. The Role
We're looking for a Manager of User Experience & Growth to help us optimize the way consumers interact with our lead generation forms. This role is all about reducing friction, improving usability, and maximizing conversion rates. You'll combine creative UX thinking with hands-on technical skills in HTML and CSS, making changes directly while partnering closely with IT to ensure updates are flexible, scalable, and maintainable.
This is a hands-on role in a small company environment, where you'll wireframe, prototype, implement, and test new ideas - then present your findings and recommendations directly to business stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Design, test, and optimize lead generation forms and user flows to maximize conversion rates and minimize drop-off.
- Implement front-end updates directly using modern HTML and CSS, ensuring clean and maintainable layouts.
- Partner with IT to build a flexible system that allows UX / marketing to make iterative changes without disrupting functionality.
- Rapidly create, demonstrate, and iterate new flows and experiences using modern design and prototyping methods, ensuring concepts can be validated quickly before full implementation.
- Experiment with copy, layouts, and interaction patterns, leveraging analytics to guide decision-making.
- Work closely with the analytics team to interpret test results and translate them into clear recommendations.
- Continuously refresh and test new user experiences for repeat visitors in the finance space.
- Present ideas, concepts, and test results to executives and cross-functional teams in a clear and compelling way.
