Position Overview : The Catering Marketer and Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving catering revenue, building strong local relationships, and positioning Taylor Gourmet as the go-to destination for elevated deli catering. This role blends creativity with strategy-ideal for someone who loves great food, has a knack for sales, and thrives on connecting people through memorable dining experiences.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our catering services to corporate offices, event planners, and community partners.Proactively prospect and close new catering accounts through outreach, networking, and client relationship management.Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring repeat business and exceptional service delivery.Coordinate digital marketing efforts-including social media, email campaigns, and local partnerships-to enhance brand visibility.Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to create compelling catering packages and proposals.Represent Taylor Gourmet at local business events, food festivals, and community gatherings.Track leads, sales performance, and client feedback using CRM tools and report progress to leadership.Completing deliveries and assisting with catering prep.Qualifications :
Hospitality and catering experience preferred.2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or event planning (restaurant experience needed).Proven success in lead generation and relationship-based sales.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media management.A genuine passion for food, community, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience.Reliable transportation neededSalary : $45,000 / yr plus 10% commission
