• Coordinate and oversee the full collaborative, interdisciplinary assessment and care planning process in our skilled nursing facility\n
• Transmit MDS assessments, correct rejected assessments, and adhere to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and resident assessment instrument (RAI) requirements\n
• Ensure all residents are assessed according to established timeframes or changes in status and in compliance with federal, state, and Medicare regulations\n\nWhat You'll Need : \n
• Active Nebraska RN License (unencumbered)\n
• 2 years of skilled nurse experience (required)\n
• Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced work environment\n
