Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and highly energized and organized Senior Project Manager who will be focused on driving clarity and engagement around business and change readiness for a large-scale Finance Transformation / SAP effort, leading integrated communications and design strategies within our fast-paced FinTech environment.
This position is ideal for a doer someone who not only thinks strategically but can roll up their sleeves and drive projects from ideation to completion. You’ll lead content creation, brand campaigns, and design initiatives, all while ensuring our messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. 1. Business Readiness Program & Project Leadership
- Drive readiness planning, develop playbooks
- Drive end-to-end delivery of SaaS and SAP projects from initiation to deployment, including
user adoption and change management.
Translate complex business goals into detailed project plans with timelines, resource allocations, and KPIs.Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and implement future-state operating modelsusing analytics, dashboards, and data insights.
2. 2. Data Strategy & Migration
Drive enterprise data strategy, including data governance, metadata management, lineage tracking, and master data management.Oversee data discovery, profiling, cleansing, mapping, and migration across cloud-based environments.Ensure data integrity, privacy, and continuity through transformation projects.3. 3. Marketing & Communications Management
Leverage storytelling skills to discover, identify and develop compelling narratives and content to inspire and motivate employees.Draft and edit a wide range of communication materials tailored for internal stakeholders, including articles, executive communications, and digital content.Act as editor-in-chief to source and manage content and events pipeline.Support and enhance content production and approval processes to ensure effective management and timely deployment.4. Experiential Marketing
Design, plan and execute a variety of internal events ranging from town halls and symposiums to immersive learning exercises, such as hackathons, katas and dojos.5. Campaign and Project Management
Lead coordination efforts for internal marketing campaigns and / or delivery projects to support communication strategies. This includes managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful execution.Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand pain points, change impacts and needs.Segment employees and stakeholders based on roles, functions and motivation to tailor communications and engagement strategies.Develop customer engagement and enablement GTM strategies and campaign plans.Identify and document moments that matter as part of a customer change journeys.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment of communication strategies with broader organizational objectives.6. 6. Monitoring and Measuring Progress :
Monitor stakeholder sentiment and engagement to identify opportunities and proactively address issues related to internal change initiatives.Facilitate feedback loops and gather insights to inform marketing, communications and engagement strategies.Take a data driven approach to continuously track the progress of the transformation and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and other data.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in aleadership role preferably in the FinTech or tech industry.
Proven portfolio showcasing strategic marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, andcreative design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch, along with Microsoft Office.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to break down complex FinTech concepts into accessible, engaging content.Strong project management and organizational skills.Required Skills & Experience :
PMP certification, SAFe, CSM, SAP Certified Application Associate are highly preferred.
Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising.Understanding of UI / UX design principles.Familiarity with HTML / CSS or basic web development.Ability to create infographics and data visualizations.Background in startup or high-growth environments.We value diverse perspectives and experiences.
