job_description.job_card.job_descriptionServe as a bridge between AI research and practical product applications, ensuring user value Translate complex AI research into actionable product opportunities through prototypes and workshops Collaborate with research teams to prioritize capabilities and make strategic trade-offs Design evaluation methodologies and facilitate expert input for research outputs Maintain communication channels between research teams and the broader product organization Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI / ML products Proven experience taking research-based AI features from concept to production Strong understanding of AI / ML technology, including language and image model architectures Experience in creating or managing visual content, with expertise in design tools and workflows Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective partnerships across teams Demonstrated ability to make technical product decisions in ambiguous research environments Prior experience in navigating the unique challenges of research-driven product development Familiarity with current AI research papers and the ability to form informed technical opinions
