About the Role :
The Dining Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests in the hospitality industry. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, setting tables, and assisting guests with their needs. The primary goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to enjoy their meals and return for future visits. Additionally, the Dining Room Attendant will collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dining or hospitality setting.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with point-of-sale systems.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.Responsibilities :
Assist with clearing tables, refilling waters, serving bread and restocking clean plates, silverware and glasswareSet up dining room for each shiftSupport servers by supplying beverages, condiments and tableware when requestedReport guest requests or concerns to servers and managersKeep tables, chairs, benches and floors cleanPerform additional responsibilities, although not as detailed, as requested by manager at any timeSkills :
