Client wants someone fluent in Mandarin. Will be PM for US Oracle Manufacturing team but also needs to interact with China team

Description : Looking for a strong PM with good experience working in ERP particularly with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion projects. Manufacturing modules.

• The client is a well-funded startup with non-existent PMO in need of Project Management assistance.
• Not enough processes in place and detailed business requirements.
• Strong PM with at least 2 Oracle implementations under their belt.
• International experience is needed particularly within China.
• Ideally working with Oracle EBS or Fusion, Manufacturing Modules
• Extremely organized and consultative
• Very proactive mindset. Not looking for someone that waits for things to come to them. Must be a change agent, driver.
• Wear multiple hats from PM / BA / etc.
• Experience with Asana (PM tool) a plus. Client is using this now.
• Perfect communication both written and oral
