Work closely with non-physician providers to bridge gaps and build pathways for improved behavioral health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to patients with identified behavioral health needs, ensuring exceptional care and attention. Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and tailor individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to meet diverse patient needs. Collaborate proactively with non-physician providers to orchestrate comprehensive psychiatric treatment plans. Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient encounters, ensuring all interactions and efforts are promptly recorded. Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution. Fully TX licensed as LCSW, LPC, and / or LMFT. A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy. Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset, with bilingual Spanish being preferred.
