Key Responsibilities :
Respond to client support requests via email, chat, and phone, addressing various concerns
Utilize online systems to resolve tickets accurately and promptly, prioritizing based on urgency
Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as necessary to ensure optimal client experience
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of prior call center experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Reliable internet connection with minimum speed requirements of 20Mbps Down / 10Mbps Up
Dedicated work location without significant background disruptions
Basic skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
