Position Overview

Join our growing team as a Water Damage Restoration Technician and Restoration Laborer ! We specialize in water damage restoration , fire damage repair , mold remediation , and emergency restoration services . No experience required - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and professional development .

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Perform water extraction , structural drying , and dehumidification
  • Demolition of water-damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation)
  • Content cleaning , pack-out services , and debris removal
  • Operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters)
  • Vehicle maintenance and equipment care
  • Job site cleanup and warehouse organization
  • Inventory management and supply loading
  • Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
  • Provide customer service with empathy during crisis situations

    • What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Physical fitness - ability to lift 50+ lbs (fitness test required)
  • Background check clearance (FBI)
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible scheduling

  • Construction experience or trades background
