Executive Business Admin (Humble, Hungry & Smart)

Location : Hybrid (Charlotte, NC preferred) / Remote with occasional travel

Reports To : CEO / Partner

About the Role

United Global Technologies (UGT) and The Robert Brooks Foundation (RBF) are seeking a unique individual to serve as Executive Business Admin to the CEO. This role is not a traditional assistant position. It is a high-trust, high-impact partnership designed for someone who is humble, hungry, and smart — ready to work side by side with leadership to support business growth, nonprofit impact, and new ventures.

The Executive Business Admin ensures that the CEO’s time, energy, and focus are spent on the most strategic priorities while managing the details, relationships, and workflows that keep our organizations thriving.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, travel, and priorities .
  • Draft correspondence, presentations, proposals, and talking points.
  • Serve as a trusted sounding board and thought partner.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee workflows across finance, recruiting, operations, and nonprofit programs .
  • Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met by holding teams accountable.
  • Develop processes that eliminate “tribal knowledge” and make the business more efficient.
  • People & Relationship Connector

  • Build trusted relationships with staff, partners, and clients.
  • Serve as a bridge between leadership and teams , ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Reinforce UGT’s culture : Christ first, people-centered, growth-focused, process-driven .
  • Strategic Partnership

  • Research new business opportunities and prepare insights for decision-making.
  • Anticipate CEO needs and proactively resolve issues before they surface.
  • Contribute to organizational growth and cultural development.
  • Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years in executive assistant, chief of staff, or operations leadership role.
  • Experience in staffing, consulting, nonprofit, or fast-growing organizations a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy (Microsoft 365, Crelate / ATS, QuickBooks, project management tools).
  • Discreet, professional, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Personal alignment with being humble, hungry, and smart.
