We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a professional, can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments and leadership teams.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper) and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and route inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and supporting HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Contribute to team projects, process improvements, and company events.
