HSHS Medical Group is seeking an outpatient Family Medicine physician to join an established and very busy practice.-Work in a spacious clinic based on the campus of HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, Illinois-Located just 3 hours from Chicago and an hour from Champaign (home of University of Illinios)-Clinic hours Monday through Friday, potential to do 4 day workweeks.-EPIC EMR-Thriving practice with 5 providers, ample space for growthGood Shepherd Hospital is a 30-bed facility that provides emergency care, laboratory and imaging services in the Shelbyville community 24 / 7.The hospital features an advanced surgery department, inpatient care, rehabilitative therapy and a wide variety of outpatient services.Compensation and Benefit Highlights : -Competitive Salary Guarantee + Annual Value Based Incentive wRVU Productivity Bonus-Generous Commencement Bonus-Student Loan Repayment Assistance-Be compensated for every patient you see (no matter if uninsured, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)-Great benefits : Health, Vision, Dental, Life & Disability Insurance3 retirement plans : Pension, 403b with Match and 457b-Malpractice Insurance-Relocation Assistance plus a housing incentive-Paid CME + Time OffPay range : $300,000-$399,406 (inclusive of family and internal med)Core Function : Provider

Education Qualifications

  • Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

  • Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.
  • Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
  • Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible.
