Proven experience with architectural patterns (e.g., Microservices, Domain-Driven Design) and enterprise integration. Strong understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and related build tools. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of mentoring teams. Experience with system integrations and API management. Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES) or ERP integrations. Certifications in relevant Microsoft technologies or cloud platforms.
