Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our national efforts as one Stronghouse brand. The ideal candidate will bring hands on marketing experience at the local level in the home services industry. The role will involve maximizing all opportunities to connect with the customer and build the brand story at a consistent local level.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Marketing Voice

  • Work with the broader team to develop and continuously strengthen brand strategy, playbook and voice, ensuring all areas of focus carry forward the right strategy.
  • Within own responsibilities, ensure the brand voice is in line with the strategy and cross-functionally ensure the brand voice carries into all applicable areas of the business.

Customer Lifecycle Marketing

  • Lead the efforts to maximize new customer communication in our journey to drive lead performance to set appointment, working within key tech tools to deliver continuous process improvement and improvements to key KPIs.
  • Develop and maximize fully integrated omnichannel campaigns to first time and existing customers, ensuring proper communication timing, content and interactions. Building campaigns to ultimately drive future business opportunities.

    • Local Marketing Strategy & Activation

  • Create and own the national strategy for the execution and sales strategy for industry and area trade shows and event playbooks.
  • Lead the development and ongoing management of digital and in person training programs to maximize local opportunities and to build sales playbooks.
  • Build and execute integrated marketing strategies that connect offline and online channels, spanning traditional campaigns (direct mail, geo-fencing, broadcast, print) and digital initiatives (paid media, social, email, SEO / SEM).

    • Reputation Acceleration

  • Accelerate customer reputation by serving as a subject matter expert, shaping and evolving the customer experience to deliver best-in-industry 5-star interactions across every touchpoint, driving referrals, repeat business, and long-term loyalty.
  • Lead efforts to consistently connect with the customer post job completion to ensure satisfaction, capture customer feedback and potentially triage customer issues to resolve in expedited timeframe. Be the central leader in this effort to drive true customer resolution

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Mathematics or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing efforts revolving around a multitude of key marketing initiatives, including local and digital
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on performance insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
