Engineering firm looking to add Architect / Project Managers with Commercial / Industrial experience to their team!
Responsibilities :
- Lead Architectural team
- Develop / manage project scope, schedule, and fees for new projects
- Manage financial performance of projects (manage budget, scheduling, billing)
- Oversee technical completion of projects and other design professionals
- Build / maintain client relationships
- Regular client communication
- Manage project team including mentoring, training, and collaboration
- Other project and construction administration duties as needed
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
