Responsibilities
- Lead and resolve high-level infrastructure issues
- Configure and manage firewalls, switches, VPNs, and security appliances
- Improve and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Optimize monitoring and RMM tools (DattoRMM or similar)
- Automate tasks using PowerShell or equivalent scripting
- Respond to critical alerts and perform required maintenance
- Collaborate with U.S.-based teams, improving processes and documentation
