Position : RN-Psychiatry (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Psychiatry for a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio — earn up to ($1678 - $1767 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric nursing care to patients in a clinical setting.
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatments.
Utilize evidence-based practices to improve patient care quality.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress towards treatment goals.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards in psychiatric nursing practice.
Engage in performance measurement and feedback processes.
Support a positive and productive work environment through teamwork.
Experience / Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio, with psychiatric nursing experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with measurable results.
Proven experience in developing individualized care plans for psychiatric patients.
Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
Strong ethical standards and adherence to legal regulations in nursing.
Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and their effects on patients.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for patient care improvement.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices in psychiatric nursing.
Experience in educating patients and families on mental health treatments.
