Job Description

A Biological Technical Lead (BTL) supports the commercialization of biological products with channel partners. The role serves as a subject matter expert on the portfolio and provides exceptional technical training to internal and external parties.

Territory : Indiana and Illinois

Duties :

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with crop priorities, determine optimal product rates / timing, and ensure all materials maintain agronomic validity and global brand consistency.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales teams, customer agronomy groups, researchers, and internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives and territory development.
• Build and maintain a network of researchers and opinion leaders, develop sales-focused research programs, and support demo trials with technical expertise and protocol development.
• Maintain trial results database and create compelling product presentations and marketing materials that translate research data into actionable sales tools.
• Partner with District Managers, Area Managers, Product Marketing Leads, and other key stakeholders to execute the biologicals strategy across the organization.
