If you answered " YES ," you might be the next great fit for our 5-star team at Family Home Plumbing Services in Seaside, CA as a full-time Residential Service Plumber !

This Residential Service Plumber role pays $20–$35 / hr and offers a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, plus rotating on-call shifts for emergency response ( with additional pay ). Our plumbing technicians report to our central Seaside location before heading out to jobs in Monterey, Salinas, Seaside, Pacific Grove, Marina, Santa Cruz, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and Watsonville, CA.

What You Bring to the Table :

  • 2+ years of plumbing technician experience
  • Standard hand tools of the trade
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule

    • Bonus Points if You Have :

  • 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing, working in single-family homes and multi-unit residential buildings
  • Experience with tank and tankless water heaters, both installation and repairs
  • Backflow prevention certification or experience
  • Familiarity with local Seaside and Monterey County codes
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish

    • Your Day-to-Day :

  • Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, and drainage systems
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and present clear solutions to customers
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service and explain repair options
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, equipment, and the company vehicle
  • Accurately complete job reports, invoices, and documentation
