  • Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect within these areas : IT Service Management (ITSM) : Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Major Incident Management, On-Call Scheduling, Interaction Management, Knowledge Management.
  • Experience Enhancements - Walk-up Experience.\
  • Vendor & Service Management Workspace
  • Digital Portfolio Management (DPM)
  • DevOps Integration.
  • Pay Range- $70-$75 / hr.
