A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals
Assess overall recovery of disabled persons and evaluate case goals based on treatment effectiveness
Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
Education : Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Experience : 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation-related experience required
Licenses : Active Registered Nurse (RN) Compact and Massachusetts license required
Certifications : URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred
Internet : Must have reliable internet access
