Job Description

As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol in Cornelia, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will play a vital role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. Your focus will be on supporting a secure environment for visitors, patients, and staff while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the healthcare environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
  • Communicate and collaborate with staff and visitors to help maintain a secure atmosphere within the healthcare setting.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to established protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
