Lead Teacher Float Position :

The Early Learning Center of Neenah could be exactly what you’ve been searching for! We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team to be a full or part time float teacher. If you are enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and happiness of children, we encourage you to apply and become a valued member of our community.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : From $16.50 per hour

Schedule : between 7 : 30 am and 5 : 45 pm

Duties

  • Cover staff lunch breaks in any classroom
  • Assist with meals, serving food and clean up
  • Provide personal cares for children
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness of classroom and center
  • Sanitizing of toys and equipment
  • Supervise and interact with children during playground and classroom activities.
  • Maintain the whereabouts of each child in your ratio at all times.
  • Complete record keeping tasks
  • All other duties assigned by classroom teacher and / or supervisor

Requirements

  • Lead Teacher Qualified
  • WI Registry level 7 preferred
  • Experience working in all age groups
  • Nurturing manner and a team player
  • Flexible to move to multiple classrooms in one day
  • Able to carry out lesson plans left by the teacher
  • Must have the ability to maintain a orderly classroom

    • Nice To Haves

  • Fundamentals of Infant Toddler Care certificate
  • 3 or more years of experience
  • Experience mentoring other staff
  • Abusive Head Trauma Training Certificate
  • Current Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
  • Current Infant Child CPR with AED Certificate
  • First Aid Training Certificate
