Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Manhattan, NY Our client is looking to add pediatric home health registered nurses (RN) throughout New York. As an RN for a CHHA, you will visit pediatric patients in their homes to complete assessments and deliver skilled nursing care tailored to children with acute or chronic conditions. Responsibilities for Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse Perform comprehensive pediatric home care assessments. Develop individualized pediatric care plans. Implement the Plan of Treatment, including medication administration, enteral feedings, respiratory support, and other age-appropriate interventions. Supervise pediatric home health aides or caregivers. Document pediatric patient care accurately and in compliance with regulations. Requirements for Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current RN licensure in New York. Prior pediatric or home care experience preferred. Strong communication skills with children and families. Valid driver’s license.
