Are you ready to make a difference in your community while showcasing your tax expertise? As a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Expert , you will provide invaluable tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers both in-person and virtually. About the Role

In this role, you will :

  • Work on-site at a TurboTax location, assisting customers both in-person and virtually.
  • Provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support.
  • Connect with clients on a personal level to alleviate their tax-related stress.
  • Grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community and establish long-term relationships.

This position is nonexempt and requires your presence at a TurboTax location on a seasonal basis.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide Tax Expertise : Offer hands-on tax advice and preparation services for a range of tax situations, from simple W2 filings to complex business income scenarios.
  • Be a Proactive Community Ambassador : Engage with new prospects and nurture leads to convert them into long-term clients.
  • Educate and Communicate Confidently : Represent TurboTax enthusiastically in your community, hosting learning events and demystifying taxes.
  • Build Relationships : Connect with clients to foster trust and turn one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.
  • Deliver a Best-in-Class Customer Experience : Create exceptional experiences that help clients achieve their financial goals.

    • Who You Are

  • Possess active, unrestricted credentials : EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
  • Willing to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are a plus!

    • Working Conditions

    This role requires you to be present at a TurboTax location in the United States on a seasonal basis. You will be part of a supportive team that provides you with the tools and resources needed for your success.

    What We Offer

    Intuit provides a competitive compensation package, including :

  • Base pay ranging from $26.20 to $36.10, depending on your location.
  • Eligibility for cash bonuses and equity rewards.
