Location : West Union, IL

Schedule : Day shift (730a-4p)

Duration : 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities :

Dispense medications, monitor drug therapies, and provide drug information to patients and healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care

Compounding and dispensing medications, managing pharmacy inventory, developing medication policies, collaborating with the medical team to optimize medication plans

Provide patient education on drug use, side effects, and interactions

Serve as a primary resource for drug information to other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families, explaining correct dosages, potential side effects, and medication interactions

Qualifications :

Active IA Pharmacist license

Minimum 1+ years of Hospital Pharmaceutical experience required

MUST have experience in Critical access, inpatient, outpatient, chemo / outpatient infusion and compounding

American Heart BLS certification required

EPIC Willow experience is preferred
