LCSW - Grief Counselor (Hospice)

At Good Samaritan, we believe that supporting patients and families through the end-of-life journey is sacred work. We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our interdisciplinary team and provide expert grief and bereavement support to individuals and families coping with loss.

This is more than a counseling role — it's an opportunity to walk alongside those experiencing deep grief and help them find meaning, healing, and connection.

What We're Looking For :

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia (or license-eligible) preferred.
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, mental health, or trauma-informed care preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, resilience, and the ability to hold space for others in their most vulnerable moments
