Be part of a growth-focused team in a safe, extremely clean, climate-controlled facility. We’re expanding in Champaign and need hands-on operators who thrive in high-volume production.

What you will do

  • Operate extrusion, injection, or blow-molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Set, monitor, and fine-tune heat control, water cooling temperatures, and hydraulic pressure.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Verify product quality through regular checks.
  • Participate in training to sharpen and expand skills.

    • Schedule details

    Nights : 6 : 45 pm – 7 : 15 am

  • Standard rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
  • 2 long-weekends per month
  • Full time is 15 working days per month

    • Pay

    Earn $22 per hour

  • $21 per hour base
  • $1.00 per hour night shift premium

    • What you bring

  • Ability to work a 12 hour shift on our 3-2-2-3 regular schedule cycle with every other weekend off.
  • At least 1 year in a high-volume production environment.
  • At least 1 year operating manufacturing machines & equipment.
  • Foundational knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
