Volt is immediately hiring Lab Technician III in  Austin, TX  with a well-known industry leader.

In this role you will lead or support the development of new products in Electrical Markets.

This is a first shift position.

As a Lab Technician III you will :

• Support protype product testing and laboratory maintenance to guide decisions on materials and constructions
• Closely interacting with scientists as a team to carryout experiments and testing
• Document observations and results in technical notebooks. Assisting in data summarization and preparation of final reports.
• Coordinate equipment calibrations to ensure accurate calculations of test data.
• Perform routine lab duties, including shipping and storing of samples.

This is a full-time contingent opportunity

Estimated Duration 24+ months

The ideal candidate will have :

Pay Rate : $28.00-29.00 per hour
