This locum position in South Central Oklahoma offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules with competitive pay, travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance benefits. The role requires active Oklahoma licensure, DEA / OBNDD certification, and proficiency with Epic EMR systems.

Locum CRNA needed in South Central OK, starting late October, 2025, ongoing.

The client is looking for a full-time or part-time CRNA coverage.
Target start date : Oct 27, 2025, ongoing.
Care team model.

There are 5 MDAs and 7 CRNAs.

Active OK license, DEA / OBNDD

Cases : Bread & Butter, OB, ortho, GI, no hearts or heads.

Schedule is M-F 7a-3p, no nights or weekends.

Credential in 6 weeks with temps and a clean file and OK license.

Epic EMR.

Travel and lodging provided.

$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
