Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and professional service.
Assist clients with policy questions, coverage explanations, billing issues, and claims support.
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and new business applications accurately and efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
Collaborate with producers and underwriters to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional coverage that benefits clients.
Stay current with carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe with Agecy help).
Prior insurance industry or customer service experience preferred, but not necessary.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
