Overview

Phoenix Children's is seeking a Manager to lead our 48-bed Neuro / Renal / Transplant Unit with 135 team members, including RNs, Clinical Supervisors, and support staff. This BEACON Award-winning unit cares for a diverse Neuro Renal Transplant pediatric patient population, including cardiac, epilepsy monitoring, nephrology and transplant care.

The Manager will oversee patient care, staffing, and quality outcomes while partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to support staff, resolve issues, and drive engagement through safety, quality, and committee initiatives. This exempt role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing, engaged pediatric care team. New grads will not be considered.

The Manager, Clinical Service promotes family-centered care by subscribing to and supporting Phoenix Children's mission and values. This position manages, evaluates and supervises operational functions and activities of an assigned area by guiding and supporting staff. The Manager, Clinical Service also serves as a liaison with other departments to plan, implement, communicate, evaluate and coordinate patient care operations across the enterprise, while also facilitating quick resolution of issues to ensure excellence in a family centered care environment.
