Job Description

We are seeking a 100% Commission Based Sales Rep to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities :

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach sales targets each month for substantial bonuses
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers

 Qualifications :

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong negotiation skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

We are a reputable passive real estate investment service provider. We do not sell, or offer high priced coaching programs. Our products and services enable our client / investors to acheive above average returns investing in many different facets of real estate investments.

Your role will be to outsource new lead candidates, as well as close on those provided. This is a high ticket sales structure selling real estate lots and assets at an average of $150,000 / client.. Commissions are scaled based on performance, with a minimum of $4k, per closed deal, or 3% of total capital raise (specific projects - whichever is greater).
