Position Overview

We are seeking a Aesthetician and Laser Technologist to join our advanced aesthetics team. This individual will provide personalized skincare and laser treatments with precision, care, and professionalism. The ideal candidate has a passion for results-driven treatments, excellent client rapport, and a strong knowledge of skin physiology and medical-grade devices.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and skin analyses to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform advanced aesthetic laser treatments, including but not limited to :

o Laser hair removal

o IPL photofacials

o Skin resurfacing (e.g., fractional laser, CO2)

o Laser vein and pigment correction

o Tattoo removal (if applicable)

  • Perform Aesthetic Treatments, including but not limited to :

    • o Customized facials

    o Chemical peels

    o Microneedling

    o Dermaplaning

    o LED therapy

    o Extractions and advanced exfoliation techniques

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols, laser safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and recommend at-home regimens.
  • Fully understand and promote our retail products and educate clients on their benefits.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Keep up with continuing education, product knowledge, and new technologies.
  • Travel and cover at partner sites from time to time as part of the broader family of brands

    Qualifications

  • HS Diploma Required
  • Current Aesthetics License
  • Laser License Required (some States)

    • Experience :

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with both aesthetic and laser treatments
  • In-depth knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, and contraindications.
  • Familiarity with EMR or booking systems- Zenoti experience a plus!
  • Strong retail and upselling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedication to high quality patient care
  • Detail oriented, reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

    Physical Demands

    This position may require the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, sit for extended periods, and engage in frequent standing or walking. Candidates should have good visual and auditory acuity, manual dexterity, and clear communication skills.
