High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred. Proven experience as an auto mechanic, with a strong knowledge of vehicle systems. ASE certification is a plus; must have a valid driver's license. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to continuous learning.
