As a Warehouse Associate, you'll follow processes, stay detail-focused, and deliver results. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week (8 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM) with occasional voluntary overtime after training. The job is in Troy, Michigan, near I-75 and 15 Mile Road. Woodworking or woodshop interest is a plus! Your role : Pick and pack customer veneer orders (up to 30+ daily), manage basic inventory, and load items in boxes and into trucks. Training provided! Requirements :

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of warehouse or production experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn about wood types and grades.
• Can work alone or in a team.
• Comfortable with machinery and lifting 60-70 lbs. boxes 4-5 inches high unassisted.
