The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program, valid Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
