RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and repair all manageable mechanical operations and equipment including, but not limited to :
- Electrical wiring
- Small plumbing problems
- Windows, doors, locks and keys
- Drywall, wall papering, painting, caulking
- Equipment maintenance
- Furniture and upholstery repair
- Swimming pool and spa operation and upkeep
