LifePro Recruitment is seeking a motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our remote team. This is a 1099 commission-only role where you will serve as both a customer service professional and a sales expert, helping clients find the best life insurance solutions.

You’ll connect with warm leads, provide top-notch customer service, and close sales—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with clients who have requested information (no cold calling)

Assess client needs and recommend life insurance solutions

Provide ongoing customer support and build lasting relationships

Help clients navigate the application and enrollment process

Track activities and follow-up with clients in our CRM system

Ideal Candidate :

Compensation :

This is a 1099 commission-only role. Full-time representatives typically earn $3,000–$7,000 / month, with high performers earning even more.
