Responsibilities Work in a Level 3 trauma acute care cardiac cath lab environment Department consists of 3 cath labs and provides services for cardiac, electrophysiology, and vascular procedures Day shifts from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM with call required 1-2 times per week and every 4th weekend Late team coverage 1-2 times per week for late-running procedures Procedures include heart catheterizations, peripherals, pacemaker implantations, and ablations Equipment utilized includes Philips FD20, Azurion B20, Epic EMR, MacLab, ACIST injector, CSI, Laser, Shockwave, balloon pumps, temp pacemakers, Impellas, and Carto Epic is used for charting Perform diagnostic imaging exams, operate specialized equipment, monitor vitals, and ensure quality imaging for cardiac procedures All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility Ceil blue scrubs are provided Returning employees must have at least a 6-month gap since last employment with the health system Candidates with a permanent address within 80 miles are considered local and have a pay adjustment No floating required Requirements Active ARRT certification required Valid BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rad Tech in cardiac cath, EP, or vascular settings Experience with heart cath procedures, peripherals, pacemakers, and ablations required Ability to apply for the MN Net Study within 2 weeks of offer acceptance Experience with Epic EMR preferred License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-618728.
