Global Trade (GT) Sanctions Specialist

The Global Trade (GT) Sanctions Specialist will work with various GT team members on domestic and international GT Sanctions matters and projects. The Sanctions Specialist will be expected to support and participate in a team environment that is dedicated to compliance and continuous improvement of the GT program. The Sanctions Specialist must have excellent communication skills, project management experience, strong analytical capabilities, and be detail orientated.

What You Will Do :

• Provide daily transactional support in the Sanctions environment
• Support customer and dealer risk analysis to ensure due diligence compliance
• Support development and delivery of formal and informal Sanctions guidance and training to the business and other GT Professionals
• Provide data analytics support and assist with data analytic tools and process improvements
• Analyze business needs with respect to GT Sanctions requirements and engage with relevant functional groups to help drive GT compliance across the business
• Assist with investigations and corrective actions for Sanctions related matters

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
