Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Logistics Engineer to join our Linthicum, MD based Logistics and Product Support organization. This position involves project leadership, including schedule and budget responsibilities; while also providing technical guidance and leadership to a diverse team of engineers delivering a full range of logistics work products for airborne, seaborne or ground-based radar / sensor / communication systems.

What You'll Get To Do :

The new team member will provide product support analysis to an operational unit within the mission systems sector. The focus will be on repairs, spares, obsolescence management, and building proposals for the programs.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver a full range of logistics work products for airborne radar systems.
• Plan and execute a program using logistical
• Lead a team of engineers performing product support analysis and maintenance engineering analysis tasks, technical data and customer training tasks, international shipping tasks, and warranty repair tasks.
• Communicate and resolve complex issues.
• Communicate, problem solve, develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment that requires continuous learning in technical skills.

Primary Level Salary Range : $98,600.00 - $147,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for long term incentives.
