Job Summary

VIA INC. is looking for a Parts Warehouse Manager to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and knows how to motivate others while staying detail-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Process, stock, and post incoming part orders and returns
  • Use scanners and laptops to pick parts and place them in technician bins for delivery
  • Document part status, interactions, and email communications using our internal systems
  • Maintain organized records and uphold security and confidentiality of documents / data
  • Respond professionally and promptly to emails from team members and parts distributors
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure they have the right parts and support
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
  • Support inventory counts and assist with department upkeep
  • Lead by example, creating a positive and productive team culture

  • Experience using technology like scanners and inventory systems
