Job Description :
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Perform installations (water heaters, fixtures, piping, etc.)
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain job details
- Keep work areas clean and professional
- Occasionally train or mentor junior techs
