What will you be doing?

• Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, cleanliness and well-being of guests.
• Act as an ambassador of the Hotel by providing special assistance and information about local area attractions to customers and patrons, offering a wide selection of alternatives for guest satisfaction.
• Use a clear, understandable speaking voice, exercise judgment, respond to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, directions to local attractions, or meeting rooms, car rentals and airline shuttle service according to individual needs.
• Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
• Facilitate all transactions to ensure a positive guest experience; including greeting / welcoming all guests. Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, proper storing and labeling of all snacks, fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
• Maintain glassware inventory, and ensure cleanliness which may include the shining of glassware. Must adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
