Accounts Receivable Representative

As a?Representative HOA Accounts Receivable, you would be responsible for :

The Representative HOA Accounts Receivable is responsible for accurately and promptly posting all payments, preparing daily and month-end reconciliations, and settlement of funds posted.  In addition, the Representative HOA Accounts Receivable processes refunds, resolve payment discrepancies, track and report all payments and refunds.

As a?Representative HOA Accounts Receivable, you would be responsible for :

Process and posts ACH, Lockbox, and credit cards

Research and posts check payments

Research, document and process refund requests

Reconcile charges and refunds daily

Post payments reported by collection agencies

Daily and month-end reconciliations and reporting

Review, research, and resolve customer inquiries within the established turnaround time

Interact with internal and external servicing partners

• Additional tasks as assigned

Accounts Receivable and administrative experience preferred.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel

Experience with AS400 preferred
