We are seeking a Construction Manager to support our team at Tarkett Sports Construction Central, a trusted partner in design-build and sports construction. They support big ideas from start to finish, delivering on concept, construction, and ongoing care for track, field, and courts. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring schedule adherence, safety compliance, and resolving issues. If you are not on-site, you are at Lee's Summit, MO office. You will be reporting to the Director of Construction Management West region.

What You'll Do :

• Reviewing construction documents in Precon phase for constructability and means and methods approach.
• Creating project master and micro schedules, overseeing construction project progress to ensure it is following the established timeline.
• Managing and coordinating the work of subcontractors and ensuring they meet their contractual obligations.
• Ensuring adherence to building codes, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Resolving any issues or delays that may arise in the construction process.
• Effective communication with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
• Must be competent in coordinating site operations and able to oversee manpower & equipment on multiple project sites.
