Local face-to-face sales with mapped routes, warm / hot leads, and weekly incentives. OTE $40–60k+ .
About the role
Combine scheduled leads with canvassing; close same-visit when possible and keep your CRM current.
What you’ll do
Canvass local neighborhoods; meet prequalified leads.
Needs check → demo → pricing → close & schedule .
Log after each block; zero backlog by EOD .
Territory planning + quick tune-ups on top objections.
What you’ll bring
Strong people skills; persistence.
Coachable; scripts and objection handling.
Flexible schedule incl. some evenings / weekends.
Driver’s license, reliable car, smartphone with data; work authorization.
Compensation & growth
Commission-based + paid training bonus; structured ramp (ride-alongs).
Uncapped commissions + weekly / monthly bonuses.
Mapped territories; path to Team Lead / MiT .
OTE $40,000–$60,000+ .
